MYO Speech Therapy, PLLC, is a private practice specializing in Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders and articulation disorders in children and adults. MYO Speech Therapy, PLLC, is located in Matthews, NC. In addition to our office location, we also provide teletherapy services in NC, SC, and VA.

Martha Weaver, MA, CCC-SLP, COM®, the owner, graduated from James Madison University in 1992 with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Speech-Language Pathology and received her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1994.

Martha has several years of experience and has enjoyed working in various settings, including adult inpatient and outpatient rehab, daycares, public and private schools, and in private practice. She loves working with both adults and children of all ages.

​

Martha is a certified member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and received her certification from the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM) in 2018. She is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina (#4952), South Carolina (#7184), and Virginia (#2202002469).
